Tel: 250-554-2577 on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Robert Dziekanski of Gliwice, Poland passed away in tragic circumstances at the Vancouver Airport on October 14, 2007 at 40 years of age. Survived by his mother Zofia Cisowski (Kamloops), step father Peter Cisowski (Logan Lake), Uncle Zygmund Dziekanski (Poland) and Uncle Zdzislaw Dziekanski (Poland). Robert was born on the 15th of April in Bielawa, Poland. Graduated from Technical High School as a Miner in Gliwice, Poland. Later on he upgraded his trade and worked as a construction worker before coming to Canada.
