Surrounded by her family at the palliative care unit, Prince County Hospital, on Saturday, Sep. 20, 2008, of Lillian Sexton of Borden-Carleton, aged 87 years. She was predeceased by Earl Joseph in 1974, her husband of 37 years and also by her parents Beatrice McInnis and Wesley McLeod. She leaves behind one surviving sister, Ethel Adams. She was also predeceased by her brother, Sterling, and three sisters, Bessie, Velda and Shirley. Lillian was mother to Thomas (Rosslyn), Wendell, (deceased) (Claudette), Donald (Reine), and Garry. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Lawless Funeral Home in Kinkora on Monday, Sept. 22 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the East Prince palliative home care program.
