GEORGE WILLIAM FRIARS
Passed away suddenly on December 15th, 2009 at the age of 70. George was born to Ivan and Maggie Friars on February 22nd, 1939 in Moose Jaw. SK. George is lovingly remembered by his son Darrell (Dawn) Tetlock; daughter Christine Tetlock and mother of his children Betty Tetlock; his sisters Ethel (Reuben) Dewalt, Jean (Bert) Perry, Alice Smith, Betty (Lloyd) Rempel, Linda (Wayne) Riley; brothers Gordon (Ruby) Friars and Arnold Friars; brother-in-law Jack (Sharon) Baron; and many nieces and nephews. George was predeceased by his parents Ivan and Maggie Friars; brothers Jim and Glen; sisters Dorothy Friars, Audrey Alcock, Velma Baron and Orda Marrison; brother-in-law Basil Smith. A come and go luncheon for family and friends will be held in George's honour on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 2 pm at the home of George's sister, Linda Riley, 1015 - 7th Ave. N.E, Moose Jaw, SK.
