LeBLANC, ZÖEL - 1929 – 2012 - Shediac – It is with deep sadness that the family of Zöel LeBlanc, husband of the late Doris (née Desroches) LeBlanc of Richibouctou-Village, announces his passing at the Villa Providence, Shediac on Monday, May 7, 2012, at the age of 82. Born in Richibouctou-Village, NB he was the son of the late Alphonse and the late Eva (née Leger) LeBlanc. Zöel will be sadly missed by his daughter; Diane LeBlanc of Bouctouche, his two sons; Abel (Lucille), Clarence (Léola) all of Ste-Anne-de-Kent, his 5 sisters; Marie Richard (Léandre), Bertha Arsenault (late Adéodat), Jeannine Richard (Euclide), Alphonsine Allain (late Vincent) all of Richibouctou-Village and Annette Saulnier (William) of Moncton, his eight brothers; Elias, Léo (Andréa) all of Richibouctou, Yvon, Raoul both of Villa Maria, St-Louis, Alcide (Alice), Abel (Gemma), Gérard (Ida), Rhéal (Jeannette) all of Richibouctou-Village, his three sisters-in-law; Yvonne LeBlanc of St-Ignace, Amanda Benjamin of Pugwash, NS, Jeannita Jaillet, Villa Providence, Shediac, his five grandchildren; Gary, Joanne, Charline, Serge and Mario his five great grandchildren; Kayla, Kyle, Casey, Anicia and Brody and by several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by infant sister; Alphonsine, his brother; Adolphe 2010, his sister; Léontine 2011, his brother-in-law; Roger, his seven sisters-in-law; Délima, Généva, Lucie, Theresa, Ysola, Alida and Bertha.
Visitation at the St-Antoine de Padoue Slumber Hall, Richibouctou-Village on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm and on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 9:00 till 10:45am. Funeral mass will be held at the St-Antoine de Padoue RC Church, Richibouctou-Village on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 11:00am with a reception to follow at the church hall. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
