ANNE DAVIES February 12, 1927-December 15, 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Anne Davies. She was born in Daysland, Alberta and raised 6 children in Viking, Alberta. She moved her family to Kamloops and had three more children. This is where she met Al Davies and his children. They got married and ended up with fifteen children. She is predeceased by her sons Cecil and Clarence, ex husband Al, stepsons Richard, Mark, Wilfred. She is survived by sons Cliff (Bonnie) Sagert, Ralph, her daughters Irene, Dorothy (Larry) Smith, Dianne Cameron, Debbie Krokos, Gladys (Don) Patterson, her extended family Ken Davies, Ernie Davies, Ron Davies, Janet (Wayne) Bradshaw, Sandy (Tom) Unwin and many grandchildren and great grandchildren too numerous to mention. She lived in Kamloops for more than 50 years. She worked at the Franklin Hotel, Central Hotel and then Tranquille School where she semi-retired. She was a member of the Anavets, Moose Lodge and Legion. She enjoyed watching her children play sports, she also played darts, bowling herself. She was an avid gardener. She was everybody's "Mom". She will be sadly missed and always in our thoughts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Schoenings Funeral Home, 513 Seymour St. Arrangements are entrusted to Schoenings Funeral Service, phone 374-1454
