EDWARD PECK Edward Donald Peck of Kamloops passed away on December 31, 2007 at 87 years of age. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dorothy Peck; daughter Joan Mellows of Logan Lake, son Don (Jackie) Peck of Chase; grandchildren Cheryl Mellows, Darryl Mellows, Chris (Tara) Peck, Kerry (Chris) Peterson, and Andrew Peck; great grandchildren Brody and Keira; and his brothers Bob Peck and Charlie (Joanne) Peck. Ed was born on May 12, 1920 in New Westminster BC. He proudly served for the Royal Canadian Air Force during WW II. He met his wife Dorothy in Hedley, BC and they were married on February 9, 1946. From Hedley they moved to Kamloops in 1955 where they have resided ever since. Edward loved fishing, the outdoors, and his dogs. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Pinegrove Extended Care and Dr. Trevor Watson for their care throughout the years. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Harry Bicknell officiating.
