MABER, RONALD JOHN - It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald J. Maber announces his passing on Friday, May 11, 2012. Born in Saint John, NB., he was the son of the late Frederick and Mae (London) Maber and loving husband to the late Theresa (Mcdevitt) Maber. Ron was a kind husband and father and a wonderful papa and great papa. Ron owned and operated R. J. Maber Contracting Ltd., for many years and will be greatly missed. Ron is survived by his sons Michael (Marilyn), Stephen (Wendy), and David, all of Saint John, NB., and son Chris (April) of Calgary, AB; daughters Karen (Ralph) Jackson, Oshawa, ON., Terry (Bill) Buchanan, Calgary, AB., and Susan (Marco) Michaud, Saint John, NB., 15 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Arrangements entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB., (646-2424) with visitation Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 15th, 2012 from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 11 am followed by the committal in Fernhill Cemetery.
