The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Friday, Sept. 26 2008, of Roy J. Chaisson of St. Edward aged 52 years. Beloved husband of Nadine Chaisson nee DesRoches. He was born in St. Edward on Sept. 6, 1956, the son of the late George and Delia (Bernard) Chaisson. Loving father of Jelissa and Carson at home. Dear brother to Barb (Billy), Pleasant View; Sandra; Junior (Wendy); Wilma (Alex); Carmella (Reggie); Ralph (Carol); Elmer (Mary) all of Charlottetown; Urban (Linda), Summerside; Ray (Susan); Gerard (Lola); Freda (Edward) Perry all of St. Edward; Terry (Pam), St. Nicholas; Cecile (Louis) Donahue, Roseville; Gille, Toronto and Charles (Patti), Miscouche. He is also survived by a half sister in-law Fin Perry. He was predeceased by his parents George and Delia, brother Hector, half-brother Abby Perry and in-laws Arthur and Rita DesRoches. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. Funeral will be held Monday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road time of funeral will be announced.
