Born in Kensington on June 7, 1921, son of the late David I. and Annie May (Campbell) Clark. Husband of the late Jennie M. (MacKay) Clark. Father of Joyce MacQuarrie (Allen Davis), Sussex, N.B.; Donald (Cheryl), Clinton; Walter (Jean), Shamrock; Thelma (Willard) Moase, North Bedeque; Harold (Eleanor), Kingston, Nova Scotia and David (Catherine), Dartmouth, N.S. Grandfather to Andrew and Kevin Moase, Jason, Sara, Allen, Tiffany, Duncan, Benjamin, Jillian, Lindsey, David and Mitchell Clark, Karla (Paul) Mundle, Clarke (Sherri) MacQuarrie, Alana (Joe) DeCoff, Jennifer (Robbie) Bowness, Ambyr (Norman) Silliker and Jeannette (Nick) MacQueen. Great-grandfather to Megan and Alex Mundle, Riley MacQuarrie, Jordyn and Samuel Bowness, Renee and Gavin Silliker. Brother of Norma Mayne, Clinton; Glenna (Ivan) Bowness, Norboro and Jessie (Keith) Ramsay, Kensington. Sister- in- law of Verna Clark, Kensington, and Ruth MacKay, Charlottetown. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by the following sisters and brothers Thelma (late Alfred) Schurman, Grace (late Allison) Mayne, Hattie Clark, Jenny (late Dr. Weldon) Harnish, Vincent, Walter and James Clark, and sister-in–law Mildred (late Herbie) Buntain and brothers-in-law Keith Mayne, George MacKay and James (late Margaret) MacKay. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, where Comrades of the Lt. Col. E.W. Johnstone Br. No. 9 Royal Canadian Legion, Kensington, will hold a service of remembrance Thursday at 6:30 p.m., followed by visitation until 9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People's Cemetery, Kensington.
