It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Shears announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the age of 80 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Isabel, his two sons: Bradley (Laurie) in Prince Edward Island, Sheldon (Gwen) in Burgeo, one daughter Deborah Baker in Ontario, one sister Margaret (Alphonsus) LaSaga in BC, six grandchildren: Sherry Ann, Fronie, Jamie, Christopher, Nikita and Austin, three great grandchildren: Mya, Rebecca and Jadan, two nieces: Cynthia and Sandra and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 2:00.p.m from Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel, 39 Queen Street, Stephenville with Rev. Canon Dawn Barrett officiating. Interment took place in the Anglican Cemetery, Robinsons.
