NEWHOOK, Emma May Veronica – Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on June 1, 2012, Emma May Veronica Newhook, at the age of 70 years. Predeceased by husband Calvin Newhook. Leaving to mourn 2 daughters Lela (Eric), Tracy; five sons: Mark, Donald (Susan), Derrick (Kimberly), Darren (Sandy), Rick (Corrina); also leaving to mourn eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; one sister Marie Piercey (Alfred); and a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, Norman’s Cove, Saturday, June 2nd, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., Sunday June 3, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday June 4, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Donations may be made in her memory to the Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Norman’s Cove.
