The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, of Audrey Bernice Gaudet (nee MacIntyre) of Miscouche, aged 68 years. Audrey was born on April 4, 1944, in Cape Breton, N.S., to her late parents Bernie and Margaret (nee MacNeill) MacIntyre. Beloved wife of Martin Gaudet and loving mother of Mark (Sonya) of Clermont and Tracy of Toronto, Ont. Survived by her brother and sisters: Dorothy Kuta, Fred (Edna) MacIntyre, Marjorie (Calvin) Dunlop and Donna (Jimmy) White, all of Cape Breton. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Megen, Mitchell and Morgan and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her brother Jim MacIntyre and her sister Shirley MacNeill. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Friday, June 8, then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche, for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery.
