Suddenly at Springhill, P.E.I., on Friday, June 8, 2012, of Nelson Joseph Doucette of Springhill and formerly of St. Felix, age 58 years. Born at Alberton on March 29, 1954, he was the son of the late Patrick J. and Agnes (nee Arsenault) Doucette of St. Felix. Dear brother of Patricia (Allison) Williams of Springhill; Paul (Theresa) of St. Felix; Cyril (Betty) of Moncton, N.B.; John (Roberta) of Notre Dame, N.B.; Olive DesRoches of St. Anthony, N.B. He was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Boucher, as well as a brother and three sisters in infancy. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Funeral Monday, June 11, from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Brendon Gallant celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. If so desired memorials to St. Simon and St. Jude Cemetery Fund would be gratefully appreciated.
