Passed peacefully away at Bonnews Lodge, Badger' Quay, on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, Maisie Barbour-Bourne born at Safe Harbour, Bonavista Bay, age 101 years. Predeceased by her 1st Husband Ronald Barbour and 2nd Husband Issac Bourne. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are two sons: Emerson Barbour (Ruth) of Clarenville, Peter Barbour (Shirley) of St. John's, brother Charlie Janes residing at Bonews Lodge, Badger's Quay, and special niece Jean Parsons (Thomas) of Badger's Quay, one step-daughter Dorothy Bourne of Truro, NS, also seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral service will take place at the Valleyfield United Church on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 2 P.M. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery, Valleyfield.
