KATHY SHOOK 1956 - 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, sister and aunt, Kathy Joanne Shook, on April 11, 2008. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, best friend and soul mate of 28 years, Kenneth Shook and their loving pet, Sammy. She also leaves to cherish her memory her sisters Sandra Porrier, Judy Quesseth (Rolly), and Brenda Glendinning (Dean Krischuk), and her brothers Bruce Rinaldi and Paul Rinaldi (Valerie), numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Lilli-Belle Rinaldi (LeBeau) and her father Bruce Rinaldi. Kathy was born on August 12, 1956 in Kamloops, British Columbia. She was one of six children. Kathy lived in Kamloops her whole life and this is where she met her soul mate, Kenneth Shook. She worked as an accountant out of her home for many years until Ken retired. They then bought a motorhome and travelled the past two years throughout Mexico and the USA. Kathy was a strong, independent woman who loved life and laughter. She loved boating on Shuswap Lake and spending time with family and friends. A special thanks to the staff at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home for their wonderful care of Kathy during her short stay there. A Celebration of Kathy's Life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2008 in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mary Widmer officiating.
