In Loving Memory of Ronald (Ron) William Stock Ron Stock of Lillooet, B.C. passed away peacefully at the Lillooet District Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2008 at the age of 70 years. Ron was born in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan on August 19, 1937 and lived there until he moved to Prince George in 1952 and then moving to Lillooet in 1968 where he worked the past 40 years in the logging industry. He had a stroke in 1992 and was diagnosed with cancer in 2007. Ron will be dearly missed by his wife Hiko, children, Brian of Prince George, James (Valerie) and their children Kristin and Hannah all of Kelowna, Ronnie and son Jordan of Kelowna and Kimiko (Bob) and their children Stevi and Dante of Lillooet. He is also survived by brothers; Jack (Betty) of Prince George, Ed (Marge) of White Rock, Larry of Langley and Bill of Vancouver, his sisters; Maureen (Elmer) Braun of Prince George, Mary (Andy) Dyc of Prince George, Doreen Estabrook (John) of Prince George and Marge (Jack) Bratnall of Prince George. Ron was predeceased by his son Daniel, parents Josephine and Harold and brother Norman. A Celebration of Ron's life will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Lillooet & District Rec Centre, 930 Main St. The family wishes that any expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation, 311 Columbia Street., Kamloops, B.C.
