In Loving Memory of Robert (Bob) E. Osborne It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Osborne on April 15, 2008 at Royal Inland Hospital with family by his side. Bob is survived by his wife Margaret, his three daughters, Lorraine Munro of Victoria, Margaret Montalbetti of Kamloops and Brenda Scott of Victoria, and his son William (Marie) of Kamloops. Bob is also survived by Margaret's children: Jackie (Scott) Patch of Surrey, Sharon Sokoloski of Kamloops, Karel (Kim) Greenizan of Airdrie, AB and Jim (Livia) Schiebler of Rome. Italy, seventeen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, sister Evelyn Lucke of Penticton, two sisters-in-law: Lillian Blystone of Summerland and Kay (Walter) Doig of Cranbrook as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was born in Penticton, B.C. on November 6, 1921 where he was raised and attended school. He joined CP Rail in 1941 in Penticton; throughout his career it brought him to Brookmere, Revelstoke, Cranbrook and then to Kamloops in 1952. Bob retired in 1982. In his retirement he enjoyed golfing, bowling, camping and boating on the Shuswap. Bob will be missed by all those that he knew and touched. There will be no formal service, but you are invited to an open house to celebrate and share memories of Bob at Margaret's home 25-1836 Greenfield Ave. from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 20, 2008. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Justin Clark of Personal Alternative Funeral Services, 554-2324
