In Loving Memory of ELIZABETH BOSSERT Elizabeth Bossert, with her loving family by her side, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2008 at Sunnybank Centre in Oliver, B.C. Elizabeth was born in Bosnia, Yugoslavia on March 16, 1922. She was the eldest child of Elizabeth and Johann Katarius. She is survived by her loving family, husband Emanuel (Dan); her four children, Dennis (Marise), Glen, Brenda and Karen; grandchildren, Greg Bossert, Richard Bossert, Lana (Matthew) McLean, Neal (Helena) Bird, Michael McFarland, Marisa McFarland (Fred); great grandchildren, Laurel Bossert, and Oliver McLean. She is also survived by her siblings, Bill (Gail) Katarius and Bertha (Robert) Bruer, and many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Katherine (Kay) Horton. Elizabeth was raised in Brocklehurst, married to Emanuel in 1941, and all their children were born in Kamloops. The family moved to Victoria for several years, and then Elizabeth and Emanuel retired to Monte Lake, and finally to Oliver, B.C. Our mother lived her life with grace, love, and understanding. She will always be remembered and forever missed. A private family prayer was held in Oliver, B.C
