JANET MARIE CROWDER August 14, 1921 - April 18, 2008 Born in Limerick, Saskatchewan, to Jim and Betsy Thomson, the youngest of three children. Janet enjoyed her early years at Estevan, Saskatchewan. In 1947 Janet married her childhood sweetheart Bud. Bud and Janet settled in Kamloops where they enjoyed 61 years of marriage together. Mom devoted herself to her husband and family and was fortunate to be surrounded by many good friends. She was also proud of the years she spent working for "The Bay". Janet is survived by her husband Bud, her son Tim and daughter in law Sherry, her two granddaughters Brooke (Will) McAusland and Meghan (David) Crowder and four great grandchildren Sabine, Anisse, Avalon and Jakob and her brother in law Ev (Anne) Crowder. No funeral by request. Sympathy can be expressed through a donation to Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Crescent S, Kamloops, BC V2E 2S9.
