MCCOY, ERNEST “ERNIE” JOSEPH - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ernie McCoy, age 65 of Fredericton, NB on June 22, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Rusagonis, NB on April 15, 1947 to the late Albert and Sarah Bernadette “Jane” (Polchies) McCoy. Ernie was Roman Catholic by faith and the last surviving member of his immediate family. Survived by his daughters Tina McCoy (Roger), Tanya Brown (Danny), and Lisa Price (Trevor); seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several cousins, and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Albert “Sonny” McCoy.
Following cremation a visitation will be at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 7 to 9 PM. A graveside service will be held at St. Anthony’s Cemetery on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Monte Peters officiating.
