Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Friday, June 29, 2012 after a very brief illness, age 75 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget Kieley, brothers, Paul, Ron, Roger and David, and father and mother-in-law Jim and Stella Williams. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie of 50 years, his sons, Ron (Jolanda), Chris (Jane), Rick (Joanne), Jamie, Darren (Tracy) and his daughter, Anne Marie (Simon), his cherished grandchildren, Jessica and Alyssa (and their mother Dena), Emily, Laura, and Cristan, Rosanna, Sarah, Amy and John, Mackenzie, Jack and Shea (and their mother Michelle), Andrew and Ava, and his great-grandchildren, Phoenix, Leiland, Nova and Statham, and Lauren. Also will be missed by a close family of brothers and sisters; John (Rita), Leonard (Anita), Gerard (Patsy), Billy (Dawn), Ray (Carm), Mary Whitty (Mike), Delores Pike (Dan), Pauline Chafe (Francis), Gertrude Chafe (Albert), Genny Kieley (Charlie), Eleanor Lee (Alva) and Heather Chafe (Paul). Two sister-in-laws, Sandra Kieley and Bridget Rossiter and two brother-in-laws, Tom Rossiter and Edward Haaf. Also a large number of nieces, nephews and very close friends. Francis (Frank) was a chartered member, President and Business Manager of the Millwrights Union Local 1009. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, St. John’s.
