CLARENCE ORVILL ALEXANDER 1917 ~ 2008 Clarence Alexander passed away on June 6, 2008 at Royal Inland Hospital in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Vimy Ethel for 59 years; loving father of sons Glenn David of Vancouver BC and Brad (Janis) of Cayman Islands; three granddaughters Bonnie, Leanne and Lisa; niece Sandy (Larry) Bautz of Calgary AB and son Jarrod; niece Deborah (Ron) Tennant and children Doug and Sara of Barrie ON; nephew Doug (Jane) Eaton of Niagara-on-the-Lake ON; brother in-law Ron Bassett of Barrie ON; brother in-law Gordon Morgan of Toronto ON; sister in-law Hilda Read of Hamilton ON and family; and many friends he made while working as a Gas Inspector for the BC Government. Clarence and Vimy enjoyed many fishing trips with their traveling companions, Connie & John Kraushar, and there weren't many lakes and campsites missed on trips throughout Canada and BC. Clarence enjoyed happy hours with good friends and neighbours over the years. A Private Family Service will be held for Clarence at a later date. Goodbye my family, My life has passed.
