Dorothy Johnston 1930-2008 We announce with great sadness that Dorothy Johnston has passed away, June 9th in Prince George, B.C. She went peacefully, after a four-year battle against cancer. Family was most important to Dorothy, and she was very happy to be surrounded by all of her children as she passed. During her illness, Dorothy was supplied the best of care from the cancer clinic in Kamloops, the doctors and nurses in Prince George, and all of her family. Dorothy was born in Raymor, Saskatchewan, January 15, 1930. She had seven children, fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Dorothy was predeceased by her daughter Gloria Kinnear and her husband of 56 years, Fred Johnston. At Dorothy's request, there will be no service.
