SACOBIE, KENNETH ALLEN “MUNSTER” - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth “Munster” Sacobie, age 42, of St. Mary’s First Nation on July 6, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Cherokee, North Carolina on October 15, 1969 to the late Annie Marie (Hornbuckle) and Ray Sacobie. He was a member of the Catholic church and had been employed with the St. Mary’s Supermarket. Survived by his dad Ray Sacobie (Gloria) of Fredericton; sister Raylene Sacobie of NS; uncle Bert Sacobie of Fredericton; aunt Glenna Page of New Orleans; special friend Randy “Puss” Paul; cousins and many friends; as well as his favorite cat Oscar.
Visitation will be at the late home 30 Polchies Court, St. Mary’s First Nation beginning at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 8, 2012 and on Monday, July 9, 2012. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM from St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Monte Peters officiating. Interment will be in the St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
