The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, of Mr. Elbern Ramsay of East Suffolk Road, age 59 years. Beloved husband of Judy Arsenault and father of Pamela (Todd) Waye of Cornwall, Troy (Shelley) Ramsay of Milton and Jason (Amanda) Ramsay of Rustico. He is also survived by his brother, David Ramsay, of Hamilton, Ont., his sister, Carlotta Williston, of Welland, Ont., and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father, Stewart Ramsay, and his mother, Edwina Kleinfeld. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Victoria West Peoples Cemetery.
