ALLEN, Margery Lillian (nee Funnell) August 21, 1927 - June 24, 2008 Margery Lillian Allen passed away peacefully on June 24, 2008 in Calgary at 80 years of age. Margery was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and wonderful friend. She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Wendy (David) Watt and Linda (Michael) Yuhasz, five grandchildren, James (Nicole), Stacey (Travis), Elizabeth, Michael and Matthew; two great grandchildren Brody and Sami. She was predeceased by Ralph, her husband of 60 years in February of 2007. Margery was very warm and loving and was always willing to open her home and her heart to others. Her devotion to her friends was only surpassed by her passion for her family. She will be sorely missed. A Celebration of Margery's life will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South (corner of Macleod Trail and Lake Fraser Gate), Calgary on Saturday, June 28 at 1:30 p.m. with the Reverend Linda Hunter officiating.
