CAISSIE, ALPHONSE - Alphonse Caissie, 73, of Saint-Maurice, passed away on Sunday July 8, 2012 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre following a lengthy illness. Born July 20, 1938 in Grande-Digue, he was the son of the late Ernest and Anna (Goguen) Caissie. Alphonse was a retired fisherman and bricklayer. He will be sadly missed by his special friend, Marguerite Maillet of Dieppe; her children: Muriel, Cécile, Léa, Alphonsine, late Léo, and late Maria; his sisters: Maria, Bella, Émilie, Roseline, and Elizabeth; brother, Pierre; many nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton, on Wednesday, July 11th from 9 am until departure for La Visitation R.C. Church, Grande-Digue, from where the funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
