CORMIER, ROBERT - 1922 - 2012 - Cocagne – Robert Cormier, 90, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, July 21, 2012, after lengthy illness. Husband of Louise (née Guéguen) Cormier. Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Patrick and the late Locade (née Cormier) Cormier. Besides his Wife, Robert will be sadly missed by his three sons, Pierre (Rachel), Charles, Jean-Guy (Linda) all of Cocagne; one brother, Emery of Saint-Antoine; three sisters, Hélène McKay (late Bill) of Toronto, ON, Corine Léger (Noë) of Sudbury, ON and Eva LeBlanc (Ovila) of Shediac; Seven grandchildren, Michelle, Nathalie, Sylvie, Mélanie, Josée, Serge and Sasha; two great grandchildren, Curtis and Tessa. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Edgar and Raymond and also by six sisters, Alvina, Aurélie, Lucille, Florine, Rosée and Émilienne.
Visitations will be at St. Pierre de Cocagne RC Church slumber room on Wednesday, July 25th, 2012 from 5pm till the time of service at 7pm at St. Pierre de Cocagne RC Church. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital Foundation (Oncology Department) or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
