BETTE-MAE LAMPMAN (Bets, Auntie B) September 26, 1957 - December 22, 2008 Bette-Mae Lampman passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on December 22, 2008 at the age of 51 years. She leaves behind to miss her terribly, her sisters:U Shirley (John) Chernoff, Dodie (Fred) Lampman; brother Murray (Denise) Lampman, sister-in-law Connie (Ken) Martin; nieces, Karla Chernoff, Jaymi (Jason) Newington; nephews Mike Lampman and Tyler Lampman; Vance Weare, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.UShe will also be missed by her friends and co-workers at Sun Peaks Resort. Bets was predeceased by her mother, Janet Lampman, in 1996; father, Archie Lampman, in 1997; and brother Bob (Robert) Lampman, in 1965. Our memories of Bets include a boisterous, fun loving person. During her life, Bets took the opportunity to excel at skiing, enjoyed traveling with good friends, learned to golf and we will always remember her gourmet cooking. Bets was always a big part of family functions and gatherings. Her presence is going to be deeply missed. A memorial drop-in tea will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009 in the tea room at Schoening Funeral Chapel between 2:00 and 4:00 P.M. Bets always loved her pets and they were a big part of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the SPCA. We will always love and miss her.
