At the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O’Leary, on Thursday, December 11, 2008, of Mary “Priscilla” Gallant, age 91. Cherished wife of Ted Gallant, Duvar. Born in Duvar on September 6, 1917, the daughter of the late Raymond and Josephine (Richard) Doiron. Survived by Roy (Patricia) Peters, Duvar, and grandchildren Scott, Howlan; Clinton (Miranda), Crapaud; Amanda (Leslie) MacLean, Summerside; Roianna, Summerside; Jillian, Duvar; along with several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Dorice, Joseph, Alma, Matilda, Mary, Adrian, Eunice, Agnes and granddaughter-in-law, Carol Ann Peters. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass on Saturday at St. Anthony’s Church, Woodstock, at 1:30 p.m. Interment later in the parish cemetery.
