Born in Mount Pleasant on February 7, 1937, the daughter of the late George and Charlotte (MacArthur) Bridges. Cherished mother of David, Linkletter, and Paul (Darlene), Summerside. Loving grandmother of eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Dear sister of James (Annie) Bridges, Mount Pleasant; Henry (Donna) Bridges, MacNeills Mills; Leona Rayner, Summerside; Gertrude Campbell (Lloyd MacDougall), Enmore. Sister-in-law of Leland (Gertie) Murray, Summerside; Ralph (Alice) Murray, Springhill; Lia Murray, Poplar Grove. Niece of William Bridges, Mount Pleasant; Edith Yeo, Summerside. Predeceased by a brother, Winfred; sisters, Alicia and Mabel; brothers-in-law, Keith Murray and Stanley Murray.
