At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, December 11, 2008, of Gladys Clarkin (nee MacIntosh), Charlottetown, age 89 years. Dear mother of Ronald (Margot), Brian (Koji), Barbara (Dave) and Priscilla. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Kelly, Christianne, Chantalle and Jonathan; by her great-granddaughter Arianna and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Walter Clarkin, by her parents, Donald and Christina (MacDonald) MacIntosh, by her brother and sisters, Annie May, Flora, Alexander (Edith) and Esther Proude (Fulton). Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Tuesday at 9:45 a.m., then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
