It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kay McEachern on Saturday, July 21 in Rhode Island.
She was a resident of West Roxbury, Ma.
Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late John and Rebecca (Coady) McEachern.
She was a retired nurse from the United States Navy. Kay had a tremendous love for skating from her early days at the Glace Bay Forum to her life in Boston, Ma.
She is survived by three sisters, Sara Beaton, Jo and Chris McEachern and one brother, Donald MacEachern; six nieces, Rebecca McEachern, Christine Beaton, Catherine Beaton, Patricia Beaton, Shannon MacEachern, Tara MacEachern; three nephews, Mark Beaton, Michael Beaton, Geoff MacEachern
A funeral mass celebrating Kay’s life will be held at a later date.
