OLGA (RUTH) ALEXANDER February 16, 1925 - March 17, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ruth Alexander at the Royal Inland Hospital with family by her side. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Wes, her son Gregg and numerous brothers and sisters. Ruth will be greatly missed by her children, Dwight (Loretta) Alexander, Janice (Barry) Waygood, Mike Alexander, D'Arcy (Pat) Bach, Daphne (Steve) Rutledge, and Penny (Scott) Houde. Ruth is survived by her two sisters Dorothy (Cecil) Eide, and Lilly Welsh both of Alberta. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank all the wonderful people who provided so much help and support for Ruth in her battles with cancer, heart and lung disease, and diabetes. We also thank the staff at Bedford Manor and especially the staff at Ridgeview Lodge where she resided until her passing. The family also wishes to thank Dr. Sze and Dr. Sigalet for their wonderful care. Thanks also to the staff at Royal Inland Hospital for their thoughtful care during her last days. No service by request. Interment to take place in Regina, Sask. where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Wes.
