STEWART .With great sadness we announce the passing of Douglas George Stewart on March 31, 2009. Doug, husband, father and grandfather was born at Royal Inland Hospital on October 19, 1928. The business was closed in 2005 following Doug's heart attack. Doug's life revolved around his family, Sunday dinners, picnics and traveling with the trailer. Later years, saw Doug and Iris taking many cruises, playing golf and curling. He was a lucky visitor at the local casino and enjoyed trips to gamble with his brother Ken on the coast and the USA.
