Veteran of Second World War. Loving father of Diane Seymour, Ajax, Ont.; Richard Smith, Kamloops, B.C.; Michael (Freia) Smith, Westbank, B.C.; and Stephen (Mimi) Smith, Whitby, Ont. Dear grandfather of eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister, Ruth (Albert) Galinis, Kelowna, B.C. Predeceased by his sisters, Margaret and Wilda. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment in the Brudenell Cemetery.
