BARBARA PAULINE LENFESTY.It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara who was born on June 2, 1920. She passed away at the Nicola Valley Health Centre on July 5, 2009 at the age of 89. She was our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She is survived by daughter Lillian Parsons, son-in-law Kenneth Parsons and granddaughter Diana Parsons Lorenz and husband Jason Lorenz, great granddaughters Amelie and Claire Lorenz. Her sisters Martha Fast, Stella Krause and Peggy Dumont. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Raymond Lenfesty on August 8, 2008 whom she had been married to for 64 years. Also predeceased by her brother and sisters Archie McDougall, Edith Richie, Josephine Rudence and by her mother and father Peter McDougall and Lillian McDougall. Barbara was a kind and thoughtful strong Soul and will be dearly missed. Services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Trinity United Church with Reverend Juanita Austin officiating.
