GARY CLYDE FEERO October 9, 1936 - July 3, 2009 After a courageous battle with cancer, Gary passed away on July 3, 2009 while staying at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice in Kamloops, B.C. Gary was born in Edmonton, Alberta and raised in Whitecourt, Alberta where he graduated from Whitecourt High School before he moved on to college in Red Deer, Alberta, eventually moving his family to his beloved Kamloops, B.C. in 1969. He was one of four children born to the late Clyde and Stella Feero and was the beloved husband of Madeleine Feero for over 50 years. Gary will be forever remembered by his cherished wife Madeleine, devoted brother George Feero, loving sister Marlene Wood, endeared children Bradley Feero, Deanna (Kevin) Feero, Cheryl (Rick) Woldum, Clyde (Christine) Feero and Bryan Feero, treasured grandchildren Lawrence, Danielle, Nathan, J.J., Dylan, Natalie and Gary and great-grandchild Markus-Malik, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him. Gary loved dancing (jiving in particular), county music, summers spent camping and boating on the Shuswap, laughing, being with his family, having fun with friends and discussing the political issues of the day. Gary touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Prayers will be recited on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Holy Family Parish Church, 2797 Sunset Drive (Valleyview). The Reverend Father Nicholas Forde OMI will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at the church on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. The family requests, donations to the wonderful people who gave such amazing care for Gary in his time of need to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Crescent, Kamloops, B.C.
