Suddenly, but peacefully entered into Eternal Rest, Frances Mae Pike (nee Budgell), in her 87th year. Leaving to mourn her loving and devoted husband Aubrey; children: Barry (Kim), Barbara (Bill Barrett), Wade (Avril), Rodney (Valma), Linda (John Palmer), Lorne, Pamela (Peter Hynes) and their families, which includes twenty-two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; only remaining brother Carl (Dean) Budgell; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, NL on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.; then on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.; and on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, January 14th, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Salvation Army Mount Pearl Citadel, 103 Ashford Drive. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road, with a reception to follow the interment at the Salvation Army Citadel, Mount Pearl.
