It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gary Harnum announces his sudden passing in Wetaskiwin, Alberta on August 13, 2012 at the age of 59 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: mother Gertrude, sons: Adam and Andrew, step-sons: Danny and Shawn; two brothers: Randy (children Tonya, Michael and Tracey), Tony (Betty and children Stephenie and Scott); three sisters: Nanette (Glen Penney and children Joshua and Jason), Donna (Maurice Nichol and son Sheldon); Kim (Shawn Ehler and children Rachael, Alex, and Ethan), also many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Selwyn (Hank). Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 7-9. Funeral Service will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday August 18, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
