Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Center on January 10, 2010, after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 54. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Betty Whelan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband of 31 years, Lloyd, best friend Rusty (family pet); sisters: Marg (Bill) and Marilyn (Jim); brothers: John (Bink), Dave (Cynthia) and Mike (Renee); sisters-in-law: Carolyn (Rick), Sharon and Janet (Boyd); brother-in-law Glen (Diana); as well as a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Rosemary’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 4 p.m. at Barrett’s Chapel.
