MARGARET MAE WATSON-EINARSON September 12, 1923 - May 21, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved and precious Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother 'Little Gram'. Little Gram is deeply loved by all of her family and continues to be present to all of us in so many ways. Margaret was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Harry and Rebecca Watson. Margaret was predeceased by two brothers Harry and Benjamin and two sisters Evelyn and Mary. Margaret is survived by her dear sister, Betty (Jerry) Ingimundson who resides in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Margaret grew up in Fort Garry/Winnipeg and attended school, both in Fort Garry and St. Mary's Academy, in Winnipeg. She married Grant Webster in 1949 and they had three children Ellen, Murray and George. They resided in Swan River, Manitoba and later in Winnipeg. Margaret studied music and for many years taught piano. Margaret worked for many years at Eatons and James Croft Music in Winnipeg and developed many lasting friendships with musicians and music teachers. At this time in Margaret's life, the family had a close and loving relationship with Violet Demoline (Demmie) who remained a life-long family friend. Margaret married Malvin Einarson in 1970 and her family grew to six children with the addition of Lana, Dale and Fawn. Margaret and Mali modeled a generosity and love that served as a foundation for this new blended family. This continues to be a gift in all of our lives. Margaret and Mali pursued their dreams over the course of their lives together. They enjoyed meeting many new friends while in the motel business. They eventually moved West to their home in Deep Bay, Vancouver Island. Margaret and Mal then made their final move to their new condo in Kamloops, B.C. Margaret was predeceased by her beloved Mali in 1997 and resided in Kamloops until her death. Margaret/Little Gram is deeply loved by her children Ellen Best (James), Murray Webster (Hali), George Webster (Judith), Lana Einarson-Powell, Dale Einarson (Karen) and Fawn Nielsen (Ray). Little Gram leaves a message for us all... "don't forget!" > MISS ME BUT LET ME GO "When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom-filled room; why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little, but not for long, and not with your head bowed low, Remember the love we once shared, Miss me but let me go. For this is a journey we must all take and each must go alone, It is all part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. And when you are lonely and sick at heart, go to friends we know And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds. MISS ME - BUT LET ME GO." The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 at 3:00 pm in the Schoening Funeral Chapel. Should friends desire, donations to the Arthritis Society, 895 West 10th Ave., Vancouver.
