It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Margaret Isabel Livingstone at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012.
Born in Edwardsville, she was the daughter of the late Beresford and Florence (MacKillop) Lewis.
Peggy was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s parish and the CWL.
She is survived by daughters, Isabel, Scarborough, Ont.; Marjorie Ann (Harvey), Vancouver, B.C.; sons, Charlie and Kenny, both of East Bay and Bernie, Orangeville, Ont. Also surviving are grandsons, Andrew and Michael; granddaughter, Fotini and great-granddaughter, Brianna.
She was predeceased by her husband, Michael; sisters, Catherine, Annie and Lila and brother, Roger.
A funeral mass for the late Mrs. Livingstone will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at St. Mary’s Church, East Bay, Rev. Frank Abbass officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery.
