Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre, on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 with her loving family by her side, Muriel King, retired teacher, age 70 years. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 49 years, Arthur; son Peter (Cynthia); daughter Jennifer (Juan Pedro Unger); cherished granddaughters Alyssa King and Lauren Unger. Predeceased by brother Selwyn Noel (Maureen Noel-Coates). She also leaves to mourn brother Harold Noel (Grace); sisters: Claudia Carter (George Chiasson), Paula Hynes (Sterling), and Lois Jones (Darroch). Also nephews, nieces and a large circle of family and friends. Visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church, 203 Logy Bay Road on Friday, August 24 at 2.00 p.m. Interment 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Anglican Cemetery Columbarium on Forest Road.
