Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, Gerald Stanley of Clarenville, aged 87 years. Predeceased by daughter Gail; brothers Howard, Baxter, Freeman, Fredrick and Eddie. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Edna of 67 years; son Douglas (Rosalind); grandchildren Kristopher, Lori, Michael and Jody-Lyn; great grandchildren Terri-Lee and Brendan; son-in-law Eddie Kotyluk (Gail); sister Geneva Cholock; brother Eric (Vinie); brother-in-law Monroe (Marg); sisters-in-law Doris, June, Sarah, Nettie, Molly and Mima (Lee); and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service held on Friday, August 31, 2012 at Memorial United Church, Clarenville with interment at United Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville.
