At the P.E.I. Atlantic Baptist Home, on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, of Gladys E. MacLean (nee Andrews), of Hunter River, age 85 years.
Beloved wife of Harold "Bub" MacLean for 67 years. Loving mother of Flora MacLennan, Dorothy Clow (Eugene), David (Trena) and Darlene Waye. Mother-in-law of Allison Waye. Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Survived by brothers, Robert Andrews and James Andrews. Sister-in-law of Shirley Andrews, Joan MacLean, Arnold MacLean (Betty), Allison MacLean, Alice Morrison, Mary Weeks, Ruth (Earl) Smith, Sylvia MacLean, Helen (Brian) MacLeod and Marjorie MacLean.
Predeceased by her mother and father, James H. and Belinda (Glover) Andrews; sister, Ruby Andrews; son-in-law, Freeman MacLennan; grandson, Ronnie MacLennan; great-grandson, John Leslie Weeks; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Anna Andrews, Gordon MacLean, Stanley MacLean (Helen), Cyril MacLean, Lea Morrison and Harry MacLean.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment in Hunter River Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
