ASPELL, Mary — Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, August 29th, 2012. Mary Aspell (nee Best) age 90 years. Predeceased by husband Robert Sr. (2004). Sons-in-law Ignatius Hawkins and Peter Boland, Mother and Father Mary and Martin Best. Sisters Hannah, Lizzie, Rosie and Loretta. Brothers Jim, Frank, Paddy, and Peter. Leaving to mourn 13 children Catherine, Anna, Robert (Sandra), Edward (Viola), Martin (Bernadette), Francis (Shirley), Shirley (Allan Croft), Linda (Les Clowe), Marie (Kevin Guiney), Randy (Barb), Rosie, Margaret (Peter Melvin), Christine (Danny Ledwell), Special grand-son Lee Aspell, Sister, Margaret Annett (Joe). 39 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. Special friends Sarah White, Ella Carew and Cecil Kenny. Home-care workers Betty and Natasha. Also a large number of relative and friends. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Saturday, September 1st, and Sunday, September 2nd from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial on Monday September 3rd, 2012 from Immaculate Conception R. C. Church, Cape Broyle at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Cape R. C. Cemetery, Cape Broyle.
