DUPUIS, WILLIE - Willie J. Dupuis of Domaine de la Vallee (formerly of Memramcook East) passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont university hospital center on Friday, August 31, 2012 at the age of 82. Born on July 26, 1930, he was the son of the late Willie and the late Bella (LeBlanc) Dupuis. He was chief of staff for Canadian Wildlife in Sackville until his retirement. He is survived by his four daughters, Bernadette (Marcel) Goguen of Cocagne, Lorraine (Leonel) LeBlanc of La Montain, Monette Dupuis (Martin Langan) of Memramcook East and Catherine Dupuis (Rick Swift) of Dorchester; four sons, Michel (Suriane) of Nouvelle Calédonia, Bobby (Charline) of Old Shediac Rd, Jean (Odette) of Dieppe and Roger (Lynn Crocket) of Victoria, BC; 16 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Delia Dupuis and Marie (late Willie) Bourgeois both of St-Joseph and Doris (late Alphonse) Gaudet of Dieppe; two brothers, Alverie (late Aline) of St-Joseph and Ronald (Carmelice) of Memramcook East and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Anna (Melanson), his daughter Charline, four sisters Elizabeth, Osithe, Leona and Lorraine and by his two brothers Alyre and Rodolphe.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, 15 rte La Vallée, Memramcook on Monday, September 3 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. and there will be no visitation before the funeral mass that will be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes church, Memramcook East on Tuesday, September 4 at 11:00 am.
