At the QEII Infirmary, in Halifax, N.S., on Thursday, March 20, 2008, of John Vincent “Buddy” MacKenzie of Montague, age 78 years. Dear brother of Ardeth MacKenzie, Charlottetown. Predeceased by his brothers, Daniel, Eugene and Wilfred and by his sister, Anne Bernier. Also predeceased by his sister-in-law, Bernice (Coyle) MacKenzie and brother-in-law, Ed Bernier. Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home, until Tuesday at 10:50 a.m., then to St. Mary's Church, Montague, for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment in the St. Mary's Parish Cemetery.
