Beloved husband of Helen (nee Welsh). Father of Betty Judson (Frank), Glenna Campbell (Earl), Marjorie (deceased), Bonnie MacCallum (Willie), Joselyn Dickson (Wayne), Keith Welsh, Fabian Welsh (Susan). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Marilyn Perry (Junior), Travis Judson, Leanne MacTavish (Wayne), Jana McCarron (Mike), Debbie Campbell, Colette Neill (Garth), Earl Campbell (Alana), Tara MacCallum (Corey Driscoll), Billy MacCallum (Michelle), April MacCallum (Brad Larter), Paul Dickson (Jacqui), Tammy Dickson, Vicky MacNeil (Bobby), Susan Dickson (Craig Younker), Jessica Dickson, Matthew Welsh and Jennifer Welsh; by 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Brother of Alton Welsh. Predeceased by his sisters, Irene Clark, Vernie Aitken, Elizabeth Clark and Annie McLean; and by his brother, Burton.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Monday from St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 1 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Charlottetown Branch #1 of the Royal Canadian Legion will hold a service of remembrance at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m.
